Flavorful Florida Treats at Disney Springs

The 2025 Official Foodie Guide for Disney Springs Flavors of Florida has arrived, and it does not disappoint. The flavors, the variety, and the freshness are out of this world with this special festival. From Quick Service locations to Table Service restaurants, and beyond there are so many delicious options. Let’s take a peek at what to expect the menus to look like from June 27 through August 10, 2025!

To kick off the “tour” around Disney Springs, The Ganachery and Gideons Bakehouse are very popular locations that always have seasonal items on the menu. Gideons Bakehouse will have a Key Lime Ice Box Pie and a Lemon Cold Brew. The pie is created with a key lime curd and a Key lime custard on top of a graham cracker crust. The Ganachery has crafted a new Fruit Ganache Pop that blends the flavors of guava, passion fruit, and orange and covered in dark chocolate. The second new item is the Lime Ganache Squares that are made with fresh limes, white chocolate, and covered in dark chocolate. The Ganache Squares can be purchased as singles or as multiples and packaged perfectly to go.

We cannot forget about Amorette’s Patisserie and their beautifully designed treats. The Orange Mousse looks like a piece of art! The filling is a mix of orange mousse, orange jam, a citrus chiffon, all placed on top of a Grand Mariner (soaked) hazelnut financier (French almond cake).

Another sweet treat can be found at Wondermade, artisanal marshmallows. Key Lime Marshmallows and Orange Chocolate Marshmallows. Over at Chicken Guy! The Key Lime Shake is a bit more sippable as you wander through Disney Springs.

Let’s add a few savory menu items to the list. Everglazed Donuts and Cold Brew has three new menu items. Chicken Tenders with Florida Habanero Mango Sauce is the perfect blend of spicy with a bit of sweet. To calm the senses, Strawberry Jelly Donuts are made with a blend of fresh strawberries chunks and jelly. The final item is a mango and dragon fruit blend for the Mango-Dragon Fruit Refresher.

The Edison is not a location we hear a ton about, but it really does have great food! For the festival, a Hot Honey High Voltage Chicken Sandwich will be added to the menu. The fried chicken sandwich contains a datil pepper-infused petal honey from St. Augustine. Another location is also offering the St. Augustine datil pepper but with a twist. The St. Augustine Datil Pepper Frites can be found at The Daily Poutine and comes with crispy pork, Datil Pepper Sauce, and slaw made from Florida heart of palms. Another fried chicken option can be found at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’. The Tupelo Chicken and Biscuits features a dill and parsley-ranch slaw and a drizzle of Tupelo honey.

Something South Florida is popular for is Conch. City Works Eatery & Pour House has the South Florida Conch Fritter Cakes coming to the menu. The cakes are flavored with a Key Lime zest but topped with a mango-chili sauce, fried papaya, and a mojo aioli.

A favorite restaurant of mine, not only for the food but for the atmosphere, is The Boathouse. A new Yellowtail Ceviche is coming to the menu and features flavors of a mango-lime salsa, red pepper, jalapeno, jicama, and cucumber. The dish is served with a side of tostadas and avocado slices.

The final location I was to touch on for the Disney Springs Flavors of Florida. B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co will have a delicious sandwich served on Cuban bread (a favorite in my household). The Frita Cubana Dog is made of a quarter-pound hot dog that is topped with chorizo, a swirl of Cuban-style ketchup, melty Swiss cheese, and a handful of crispy potato sticks. This sandwich sounds amazing!

There are even more sweets and eats on the menus at Disney Springs locations! While the food and beverages do need to be purchased, entry into Disney Springs does not require a ticket and you are free to roam around snacking for as long as you please. I highly recommend a built-in rest day to experience Disney Springs, and All In Vacay can help you decide the best way to make that happen!
