Play Spaces on Norwegian Aqua: Endless Fun for All Ages!

One of the things that really blew me away on the brand-new Norwegian Aqua was how many awesome play spaces there are onboard! Whether you’re traveling with kids, teens, or just feeling young at heart, there’s so much to do beyond the pool deck.

Let’s start with The Stadium. This open-air space is packed with fun games like pickleball, darts, shuffleboard, foosball, cornhole and more. It’s casual and come-and-go, which makes it perfect for family tournaments or spontaneous games with new friends.

Next up is Tee Time—an elevated mini golf course with bright colors, fun obstacles, and incredible ocean views. It’s way more exciting than your typical mini golf and a great activity for all ages (and trust me, it’s more challenging than it looks!).

Glow Court is another must-visit spot! This high-tech LED sports floor makes games even more exciting, and you can watch all the action from the sleek lounge nearby. It’s such a fun space for active families or groups.

Inside, you’ll find the Game Zone Arcade packed with racing games, air hockey, mini bowling, and all the classics. Great for kids, teens, and adults who still love a good arcade battle!

And if you love a good thrill—you have to try The Drop! This dry slide sends you racing 10 stories straight down the side of the ship. It’s fast, heart-pounding, and one of the coolest slides at sea!

And then there’s the star of the show: the Aqua Slidecoaster! This is the first hybrid rollercoaster and waterslide at sea with a high-speed launch that really gets your heart racing. You can ride solo or grab a friend and ride together in a double raft. We got to ride it, and it was an absolute blast—you’ll want to do it again and again!
