Guests visit EPCOT at Walt Disney World for many reasons. Some, to experience the park; others, to drink around the world. However, some only visit during a festival or only during a certain delicious festival in the park: EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.
We are coming up on the famous EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, and we have all of the details on the menus “around the world” along with the activities that guests can participate in!
The foodie stroll starts with entering the park and snagging a Festival Passport filled with options to complete Emile’s Fromage Montage. By purchasing select cheesy options (marked with an * in the passport), guests can return their finished passport for a special prize at Shimmering Sips.
Starting at World Celebration, there are a ton of options. Brew-Wing Lab located in The Odyssey has the Pickle Milk Shake returning while there are new Korean BBQ Wings being added to the menu. Connections Eatery has a special festival menu that will have a new French Onion Burger with Gruyère cheese and a Passion Fruit Cream Slush.
Next we are off to World Discovery where Coastal Eats has a new Seaside Pot Pie made with scallions, shrimp, and crawfish tails, then a delightful lobster bisque and finalized with a puff pastry. There is also a new Peruvian Ceviche that features mahi mahi, shrimp, sweet potato, chulpe, choclo, and leche de tigre. The Lump Crab Cake was such a hit that it is also returning for this menu.
A new location for 2025, Gyozas of the Galaxy has three new dumplings on the menu. A Buffalo-style dumpling, French Onion Soup-style dumpling, and a Street Corn-style dumpling.
Flavors from Fire will feature a new Rodizio-style Grilled Beef Skewer that is served with marble potatoes, charred shallots, roasted peppers, and chimichurri.
Over at Sunshine Season, a Remy Milk Shake is made of strawberry-cheesecake ice cream and topped with a cookie, mini cheesecake, and an adorable Eiffel Tower made from white chocolate.
Heading through the World Showcase there are more options that I can count for food and drinks, especially when you add the festival menus.
Mexico or Canada are up first, so the debate does not need to happen. Up first is actually Australia! Where a new Mixed Berry Pavlova will be introduced. Made with a crunchy meringue shell and topped with macerated berries, and a swirl of whipped cream.
But now we come to Mexico and for good reason! A new Tostada de Carnitas and Flan de Cajeta are being introduced this year. The Tostada de Carnitas is a serving of braised pork with fried corn tortillas, topped with chipotle black beans, salsa, fresh crema Mexicana, and a queso fresco. The Flan de Cajeta is a traditional Mexican custard served with a caramel sauce and toasted almonds.
Continuing through the World Showcase, we have passed China, and an India Kitchen, we have landed at the Refreshment Outpost. A new Berbere-spiced Beef Stew served with a sweet potato mealie pap and a topping of kachumbari slaw. There is also a delightful looking South African Cream Liqueur Chocolate Mousse that has a popping candy on top!
Between Italy and Germany there is Spain with three new menu items! Trio de Pintxos, Paella Cardoso, and Basque Cheesecake with an orange sauce.
Italy has quite a few amazing menu items this year. A Bacetti ‘Kisses’ de Pizza, Traditional Napoli Street Food is a pizza with pepperoni, mozzarella, and tomato sauce. Next is the Tortellini alla Vodka which features a four-cheese tortellini served in a vodka sauce and topped with Parmesan and a Calabrian chili oil. For a sweet treat, the Chocolate Spuma is the perfect choice. A chocolate mousse served with caramel sauce and a swirl of espresso whipped cream and puffed rice.
American Adventure is our next stop and here Flavors of America can be found. A Gulf Coast-style Seafood Roll features lobster, rock shrimp, and lobster bisque on a brioche bun. A New England Slider is a potato roll topped with braised beef pot roast with a spicy giardiniera, horseradish cream, and a pinch of crispy fried onions.
Japan never lets the flavors of food disappoint. Beef Wagyu Don is a rice bowl that has American wagyu beef with homemade pickles, togarashi pepper, and pickled ginger. Also new for 2025 is Osakana Karaage is a fried pollock served with a spicy mayonnaise along with a sweet and creamy yuzu sauce.
Morocco is full of flavor, and the Tangerine Cafe: Flavors of the Medina Menu has the most flavor of them all. A Moroccan Wrap is made with tomato-cucumber relish and a garlic sauce that is served on warm Moroccan flatbread. It comes with Chermoula chicken, Moroccan-spiced lamb, or plant-based falafel. The menu also includes Stone-baked Moroccan Bread that comes with an assortment of dips and a Pistachio Cake.
Between the World Showcase and Imagination Pavilion there are four kitchens, the perfect place to gather and share a bite to eat. Bramblewood Bites, Milled & Mulled, Forest & Field, and Swirled Showcase all have quite extensive menus. Bramblewood Bites has a new Cast Iron-seared River Trout that is served upon a vanilla-butternut squash purée and topped with a Brussels sprouts salad mixed with candied pecans, spiced pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and a maple dressing. Milled & Mulled will feature a Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque and a Apple-Cinnamon and Caramel Mini Churros Sundae as the new items on the menu. Forest & Field has an Autumn Chili featuring IMPOSSIBLE Beef and a Schiacciata Sandwich as the new items.
One final sweet treat makes it onto the new menu list! A Liquid Nitrogen Frozen Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse that is served with candied pecans and a maple-caramel sauce.
There are so many more menu items to choose from, these are just the new items. To experience all that there is to offer at EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, reach out to All In Vacay to start planning your flavorful visit!
