Adults-only cruising! Up until now, that was really just a trip where you left the kids at home. Enter Virgin Voyages.

Virgin ships were designed with adults in mind, ONLY ADULTS. This makes for a completely unique experience at sea. Whether you’re relaxing, dining, working out  or enjoying the onboard entertainment, we are talking about a whole new way to cruise.

Relaxing

There are so many ways to relax on board Virgin Voyages. How about treating yourself to a spa afternoon? For only $39, you can reserve time in the Redemption Spa. Soak up all of the Zen vibes in one of the many different types of saunas, steam and mud rooms. Even the pools on Virgin Voyages were built with adults-only cruising in mind. Rather than the standard plastic lounge chairs, you will find daybeds built for two around the pools and also strategically placed throughout the ship.


Dining

Say goodbye to mediocre buffets and set dining times. With over 20 eateries onboard each ship, Virgin redefines dining at sea. The food is elevated. Fancy. Five star all the way, considering all of the menus were planned by Michelin-starred chefs. One of my favorites? Dockside, where you can relax indoors or out, raise your flag and delicious Mediterranean style Mezze dishes will suddenly appear!

Working Out

Personal wellness is one of the core themes on Virgin Voyages. They have given a makeover to fitness programming. From sun-rise yoga to outdoor boxing, meditation to HIIT workouts, and even specifically curated hikes at ports-of-call, their approach to working out is that it works for you. Group workouts, fresh-pressed juices. 80s workout classes. You won’t find this on other cruise lines.

Entertainment

Swapping classic Broadway productions for first-to-sea, modern, and immersive entertainment, sailors choose from a festival-like lineup developed by the world’s most-talked-about directors, choreographers, and artists. Shows are intimate, some very much not meant for children! Scarlet Night, Virgin’s signature event, can absolutely not be missed.

4th of July at Walt Disney World

America’s story, Independence Day, is celebrated at Walt Disney World every year, with a grand display. Around the US, there are so many ways to celebrate the holiday. Some enjoy cookouts, some attend parades, and others go to Walt Disney World. Let’s see how we can celebrate Independence Day, or the 4th of July at The Most Magical Place on Earth.
