Characters at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party

When visiting the parks, especially for an event like Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, there is so much to do. The most magical moments happen on a whim, but sometimes a slight plan is needed. Planning out every moment isn’t necessary, but planning at least which rare characters you want to see would be a great idea!

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, at Disney’s Magic Kingdom, has the most amazing list of rare character sightings, and we have a list of where they will be throughout the park, in the parade, and even the stage shows. Encounters with characters are never guaranteed.

Let’s start with the parade. Each night there is a Mickey’s “Boo to You” Halloween Parade scheduled at 8:15 pm and again at 11:15 pm. There are a ton of great viewing locations including Main Street, U.S.A., Frontierland, and Liberty Square.

The entire gang will be in the parade, Mickey Mouse, Pluto, Goofy, Donald, and the gals, Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle Cow representing the Sanderson Sisters.

Of course there will be princesses like Snow White, Princess Jasmine, and Rapunzel. Prince Aladdin and Flyn will be joining their respective Princesses. Classic Characters that join in the fun are the Lost Boys with Peter Pan, Wendy, and Tinker Bell, along with Alice, Dopey, Pooh, Tigger, and even Vanellope von Schweetz!

One of the most loved floats is the Haunted Mansion portion of the parade. Leading the way for the Hitchhiking Ghosts and Constance Hatchway is the Haunted Mansion Gravediggers causing a ruckus with this shovels.

What is a Halloween parade without a few Disney Villains? The line-up includes some of the daytime characters like Mr. Smee, Captain Hook, Anastasia and Drizella. However there are quite a few that are pretty rare sightings. Some of those characters include Flotsam and Jetsam, Cruella De Vil, Horace and Jasper, Dr. Facilier, and so much more!

While the characters in the parade may not be able to meet and greet with guests, there is an entire list of characters throughout the park meeting with guests. Starting in the front, Jack Skellington and Sally will be returning to Town Square Theater.

They are a very popular meet and greet meaning the line gets very long, very fast. New for 2025, Minnie Mouse is joining Mickey Mouse at Town Square Theater. Frontierland also hosts some iconic characters! Shaker, Wendell, and Big Al can be found roaming around the area. Next stop, Adventureland! Captain Jack Sparrow can be found at Caribbean Plaza, around across from the attraction (generally), and Princess Jasmine, Aladdin, Abu, and even Genie can be found inside Agrabah Marketplace.

Fantasyland holds an array of friends! From Alice, Mad Hatter, Queen of Heats, Tweedle Dee, and Tweedle Dum at the Mad Tea Party, to Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, and Tigger at Pooh’s Thotful Spot. During the day Ariel greets guests at her grotto, but for the party Eric joins her as well! Inside Pete’s Silly Sideshow Daisy and Goofy will be there, while Pluto is outside of Storybook Circus.

Last, but certainly not least, is Stitch! Sporting his Rock ‘n’ Roll costume, he can be found across from Monster’s Inc. Laugh Floor.

There are a few unique characters that are out, but not face to face with guests. The Haunted Mansion Residents always come out to socialize. Inside the queue for the attraction Miss Carlotta, Madam Renatta, and Broome the Butler can be found inside the graveyard. Those pesky Hitchhiking Ghosts are above Frontierland on the balcony and sometimes at the Diamond Horseshoe Stage.

Disney Jr. Characters and even some “Zombies” characters are celebrating with a dance party while the Sanderson Sisters are making spells onstage at Cinderella Castle. There are other Disney Villains that join them like Oogie Boogie, Dr. Facilier, and a few others.

While Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party has officially begun, there is still time to plan your visit and experience the party! Let All In Vacay be your guide and free planning services! Reach out today!
