Coronado Springs Resort: A Moderate Resort with Deluxe Amenities


If you had stayed at the Coronado Springs resort a few years ago you may not recognize it now! In 2019 a very large, and tall change was added to the resort. This is know as Gran Destino Tower. The tower has 545 rooms; 50 of which are suites! The tower has a bright and modern theme bringing a level of luxury as well.

Not only is the lobby captivating but when you look out the back windows of the tower the views you see of the rest of the resort are breathtaking!


Coronado Springs has always been a moderate resort that housed a very large convention center. But as the changes were made by adding the Gran Destino portion a few other additions came along with. If you guessed dining options you are right! In the tower is now Toledo which is located on the 16th floor and is a tapas restaurant with unique eats. On the same floor just across the hall is the Dahlia Lounge which offers signature cocktails with a view.

That’s not all! Three Bridges is another dining option that is located out in the middle of the lake. This open aired restaurant has many options from appetizers to poke bowls! (Menu subject to change) In addition to these new options there is also Cafe Rix, El Mercado de Coronado and the Maya Grill. All of which have an array of options some of which featuring authentic Tex-Mex cuisine.

Another feature that sets this resort aside from the other moderate locations would be the fitness center. It is known that only the Deluxe resorts on property have gyms, but Coronado does as well! This allows guests the ability to keep up their fitness routines without having to splurge on a higher level resort.


Coronado Springs has multiple satellite pools as well as a large main pool located at the Dig Site, called the Lost City of Cibola. This pool has a play area, slide as well as a place to grab a snack and a drink.

4th of July at Walt Disney World

America’s story, Independence Day, is celebrated at Walt Disney World every year, with a grand display. Around the US, there are so many ways to celebrate the holiday.
