New Cabanas For Disney's Castaway Cay!

The only thing that could make your magical Disney Cruise Line vacation even better is a stop at the exclusive Disney's Castaway Cay. This gorgeous private island is located in The Bahamas and features beautiful white sand, turquoise waters, chairs and umbrellas, lunch, and even Scuttle’s Cove (kids club).


If you’re looking to make the day even better, which is pretty difficult to beat the location, is by adding a private cabana to your day! Cabanas are offered on a first come, first serve basis reservation system during the guest's Disney Castaway Club booking window and is subject to availability.

There is however good news! Disney Cruise Line has now added new cabanas, Mickey & Minnie Cove Cabanas, for those sailing with Disney Cruise Line on sailings from December 5, 2025 and forward.

These new cabanas are family friendly and include up to ten guests. Additional guests, up to 16, can be added for an additional cost.

The cabanas are fully furnished with seating, a refrigerator, safe, and a ceiling fan. Also included in the cabana are plush towels, sunscreen, and cool face cloths. On the patio of the cabana there is a sunshade that covers chaise lounge chairs along with a hammock, and freshwater shower.


Snacks like fresh cut fruit are included along with bottled water and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverage packages are available for an additional purchase.

While relaxing at your cabana is great way to spend part of the day, experiencing the island is a must! For the adventurous side the float or tube rentals, snorkel equipment, sand toys, and even a one hour bike rental (per guest) is included in the cabana!

While cabanas do come at an additional cost, they can be worth it for the privacy and central place for families.
