The Halloween season is coming in full force at all of the theme parks. One we haven’t discussed very much is Universal Studios Hollywood’s Halloween Horror Nights. The most known city for films and television is the perfect place to experience the terrifying after-hours event! There have been quite a few announcements including scare zones, haunted houses, and even the Terror Tram!
The events at Hollywood and Orlando generally do share a few similarities, and always offer something different.
Everyone knows what a haunted house is, and the scare zones are located at both Universal Studios events (Orlando and Hollywood). However, the Terror Tram is pretty exclusive to Universal Studios Hollywood! During the day, the Studio Tour takes guests through sets of previous films and even currently filming shows/movies on an open-air tram. At night, the tram and certain areas of the backlot are transformed into the Terror Tram! Hop on and off at different stops to experience the horror themed locations. This year, guests can expect to experience the most terrifying tram with the theme of the villains of Blumhouse! M3GAN, The Grabber, The Purge, and The Babyface Killer are all going to be present and help fill your night with fright!
Hollywood also has a haunted house that is not located at Orlando, and this one is Poltergeist. Created from the classic film, guests can experience the house on top of the cemetery, spirits, static, and plenty of screams!
There are also two scare zones at Hollywood that will not be at Orlando. The first, and the creepiest and most terrifying of them all is Chainsaw Clownz. The other scare zone is called Noche de Brujas. Here guests will see witches from Latin America are out to hunt you. The witches are based off of tarot cards; like The Empress, Queen of Pentacles, Queen off Wands, etc..
Halloween Horror Nights offers so much for guests! Haunted Houses, Scare Zones, Terror Tram, entertainment, exclusive food, and even merchandise.
