What to Do in the First 24 Hours Onboard Star of the Seas

1. Drop Off Your Bags (or Pack a Carry-On)

If you hand your luggage to the porters at check-in, it may take a few hours to arrive at your stateroom.

  • A change of clothes
  • Chargers or AirTags
Once you’re on board, head to the pool or grab lunch while your bags are delivered.

2. Connect to Wi-Fi & Download the Royal Caribbean App

5. Complete Your Muster Drill (It’s Quick!)

This is required for every guest and can be done right in the app.

You will:

  • Watch a short safety video
  • Visit your muster station and check in with a crew member

  • Locate your stateroom’s nearest elevator bank

7. Grab Your First Meal

  • Park Café in Central Park (quieter, great sandwiches)
  • Sorrento’s Pizza for a quick bite
  • Main Dining Room — sometimes open for lunch on embarkation day

8. Enjoy Sail Away on Deck

Don’t miss the sail away party or take in the views from your balcony or the upper decks.
