What Is Concierge Class on Celebrity Cruises?

Concierge Class is a step above a standard veranda (balcony) stateroom on Celebrity Cruises. It’s not a suite category and doesn’t significantly change the size of your cabin. The value comes from added service, better cabin locations, and a handful of convenience-focused perks.

Concierge Class cabins are typically the same size and layout as standard veranda staterooms. The main difference is where they’re located on the ship, and a few upgraded in-room touches.  There’s no meaningful increase in square footage, so this category is not about space; it’s about incremental upgrades.  You will receive a letter about the Concierge Class upgrades when you enter your stateroom.


What you get with Concierge Class cabins:

  • More desirable locations (mid-ship, higher decks)
  • Upgraded bedding and pillow options
  • Daily canapés delivered to the room
  • Expanded room service breakfast menu
  • Small extras like a tote bag, umbrella, and binoculars

                              

Concierge Class provides added service and priority perks.  These perks are most noticeable on busy sailings where lines, reservations, and logistics can otherwise take more time.

Concierge Class does not include access to exclusive restaurants (those are typically reserved for AquaClass or suite guests). However, it can make the overall dining experience easier.
